Since parts must be ordered, he confirmed I knew about the emergency heat strips and let me know they will still work (its forecasted to be extremely cold tonight) and thoroughly explained the issue and set an expected return time for when the part should be in. Great service!! So glad Vanderbilt went with this company when we bought our home from them!

Just a little sticker shock. Technician was very nice and informative.
