I was actually in communication with his son Garrett Graham who was prompt in getting me a quote and scheduled within a couple of days. His price was more reasonable after a higher quote from a company based in Raleigh who wanted to charge me $75.00 for additional stakes. Garrett came out, completed the boundary survey, and put as many stakes down as I wanted without extra charges. What he initially quoted me for is the same amount he charged the day of the job. He was on-time, courteous, and answered my questions. I would recommend Graham Melvin Professional Landsurveyor to anyone in need of a land survey.
