She did an amazing job with listening to our requests and was reviewed the vanities we were considering. She gave amazing advice on quality and which vanity would best suite our needs! He couldn't care less about the customer's concerns, and offered NO help whatsoever. These people told us when we ordered a dishwasher in October 2021 (at which time they asked that we pay the FULL amount at that time) that it would be a 3 month wait. Every month after the 3 months we call to get an update, (Because they NEVER called us for any update) and each month out, it gets pushed back, over and over again. We're now at 10 months!!! And they have had our money for 10 months. These people never seemed to care when we expressed our concerns, never knew who we were, that we had ever even ordered anything, and I'm sure if we hadn't followed up, we would have been forgotten about. When we asked to speak to managers, we were lied to! Called back and spoke directly to a manager. Lies. And runaround that's all you'll get here. Take my advice go anywhere else, these people are dishonest, and have no regard for any form of customer service.
