A few days later, they reassigned the job to someone who supposedly specializes in roof work. Then, just one day before the appointment, they canceled, saying roof work isn’t covered under their insurance. Why schedule it at all if that was the case? I wasted three weeks waiting, and now I have to start over. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. unprofessional

After the first day of 8 hours, he agreed he could finish up the trim and railing the next visit and fix a bit of carpet. All he did was sand the plaster again and paint. I realize he started with a rough base, but 13 hours to do 400 sqft of mud and paint, plus a few hole repairs?! Diane was very pushy and interrupted me multiple times. She called multiple times instead of waiting for a communication back from me. Expected payment without any visual of the finished product. The visual I did receive was multiple pictures during the process and only 1 photo at the end, which didn't show the multiple spots that needed addressing. I was also told I would get called by Thomas about what was completed but never got a call. $160 per hour was outrageous for the speed at which work was completed.

However, the office manager, Dianna, was offensive and disrespectful. Even worse, she doesn’t seem to know or care where the workers are working or what work they are doing. We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.
Are your craftsman insured?
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
