I learned that the issues are common due to its less powerful motor and poor design with this budget model. I hope to get a better one that matches our last one at least

I asked about water heater temperature, and I was told that the temperature is pre-sent 135 degrees I had to turn water to the max and the water never got hot. So, i google A.O. Smith water heaters and there pre-set at 120 degrees from the factory. Temperature needs to be set at 135 degrees. overpriced thermal expansion tank.
