  Great products, terrible people. Zero customer service. Zero movement with purpose. From jump street, we were inconveniencing them coming in to pick out floors. Schedule appointments and are habitually late. Had to beg the guy to come out and do measurements. They never gave us updates. We had to call them constantly. And no one can do anything if god forbid Hannah or whoever is out of town. Like we were an inconvenience, when they provide a service. Made a terrible mess in a brand new home that hadn’t been moved in yet and didn’t clean it up. When we fought for them to have cleaners to come (yes as if they didn’t know that’s on them), they still missed countertops, stove, tops walls, full of cut floor dust. Brand new bathrooms look like they have been used. The quarter round trim around the floor look put together by a teenager and cut wrong in a new home . When we fought to have them come fix it the person never showed up after waiting 45 minutes after taking off work, I decided I will do myself. Tried to call them to let them know “Don’t bother sending your person to fix it” and I was ignored as she began to explain how she can still get this person there. 45min late. I took off work. I got a home to move. Yall ain’t the center of the universe. I said “I told you no” I got hung up on. This place needs a reality check. Like a Lowe’s or Home Depot moving into the area. At least then that type of attitude is expected.

  We used APW flooring for a huge downstairs kitchen/living room/half bath/den renovation we did last year. Working with Adam and his team was a wonderful experience. They did a beautiful job and stand by their work. We will definitely be using them again for smaller projects like both of our full sized bathrooms and upstairs bedrooms that we want to update. I did also want to give a specific call out to the APW employee Ben and wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding work Ben has done in our home. He consistently delivers exceptional results and approaches every task with precision and professionalism. When Ben is assigned to a project, we have complete confidence that the work will not only be completed efficiently, but also to the highest standard. Ben takes great pride in his craftsmanship, and his strong work ethic is evident in everything he does. He is highly knowledgeable and dependable—we trust him fully with any project in our home. We would be thrilled to have Ben back for any future work. His quality of work is truly top-notch, and we cannot speak highly enough of the value he brings to your team.

  APW did a good job installing new LVP through our entire home. The floors and shoe molding they installed look beautiful. There were some communication issues during the installation process, so things were delayed a day and very rushed as they had 3 installers trying to do the flooring in our whole home in one day. Our home was left extremely dirty after the install and it took us several days and hiring a professional cleaning company to get all of the dust cleaned up. Hannah with sales was very nice, helpful, and communicative. She offered us a discount on our final bill to cover the cleaning expense. Overall, they did a good job. Though we were extremely disappointed with the condition in which our house was left.

  We were thankful to be able to work together again with the APW team. Our first floor had water damage due to a leak from our dishwasher. Hannah was very helpful keeping us informed and in the loop every step of the way from ordering to install. Great to work with! The team had to remove all the flooring that was damaged and then install the new floor. They were efficient, friendly, and hardworking. The final results look awesome.

  We redid our entire home. APW removed the carpet and replaced with wood laminate. Leah was super responsive and easy to work with even when we kept changing product and getting new quotes. The guys were really helpful and professional. The house looks wonderful! Thanks so much!
