  We had to find someone to do the yearly maintenance on my Mom’s generator since the guy who used to maintain it does not do it anymore. A friend recommended Blakney Electric. They came out within a day or two. The technician that came by was Travis,and my Mom could not be happier with the service she received. She said Travis was so patient and professional. He answered all my mom‘s questions with a smile. Mom said He was an absolute delight. He even took the time to clean the generator. It truly is nice to know there are still companies out there that put their Customer service as a top priority.

  On Friday Oct. 10th I had my Generac serviced by one of your Technicians named Travis, and I must say this man takes pride in his work, he did his job and before he left he not only made sure that all was done well by re checking his work, but also ran a wiper over the unit that he serviced, I would say that he is an employee that is an asset to your company..   We purchased a Generac. Generator from Blakney Electric in Moncton. Their service from start to finish was exceptional. A few days ago the power went out when I wasn’t home. My wife was working in the basement at the time. I got home noticed Generac was running. She said she noticed a blink of lights but that’s it. She didn’t even know power went out. Generac ran from 3:30 to around 6ish. Doing exactly what we hoped it would. It also used very little of the propane tank’s capacity. (2%) Which is obviously great. I highly recommend both Blakney & Generac
