I was flabbergasted! 13 pieces of glass for my curio cabinets! I actually only needed 5 pieces, but decided to get extra. I wouldn't have gotten the extra had I known an approximate cost!

Explained we would be out of town for 6 weeks and they said they would install when we returned, no problem. A week after we returned I called to set up install. Had to leave voice mail, no one ever returned returned the call. Called competitor and they are installing for 2/3 the originally quite. CAUTION with these guys.

- RWrebecca wooldridgeMay 25, 20212.0I made the conscience desicion to hire a professional to install the glass in my shower to avoid cracked tiles and having to redo parts of the project. I now have a glass door and three cracked tiles. I am now being told that they do not guarantee that tiles won't be broken. So I am wondering why I hired a professional. The other issue was the bathroom was warm to the workers. So instead of turning the heat down they left it on with all three doors open. I am wondering what the warranty on glass installation is now. I guess I should have asked more questions but I told them at the time of the measurements that I am hiring them so that tile would not be cracked. 2800 bucks is a lot of money for a stand up shower enclosure. I asked if they would take some money off the install price due to the cracked tiles and it was a flat out no. They are more than willing to spend the time to let me take it out, fix the tiles and then they reinstall the glass. A little price break would have gone a long way to the acknowledgment that the job was less than professionally done. Very sad!
