- SKsnor kSep 25, 20253.0I first hired A-1 to pump the septic tank 4 years ago. they were very professional and very thorough the guy took the time to run the hose and keep things tidy and even checked the tank with his mirror tool and offered advice on its condition. the second time I hired them, the guy was in a hurry and did a very sloppy job, no basic tank inspection, didn't use the hose once not even to wash his tools off before dragging them across the yard. he just told me I should run some water into the tank and left. and he even managed to run into my landscaping rocks with the truck and displaced them and didn't bother to mention it to me. I will likely find another company in the future.
