The neighborhood is very nice, the neighbors even nicer!
I'm happy with the house I purchased, the little issues I found the warranty team was able to help me with. Mary and Mike are both super nice and I appreciate the quick responses I got from them.
Excited to see the rest of the neighborhood filling out! Watching the houses go up every week is impressive as the building teams turns empty lots into houses.

We recently purchased a newly constructed home in Prescott Ranch. We were early in the process and had some customization done on the home. The builder was extremely easy to work with. They have one of the most flexible building and design choices on the market. Our experience from start to finish has been extremely satisfying. They have competent, friendly professional staff. Any issues that came up have been addressed and done expeditiously. We love the home! Highly recommend!

We consider ourselves lucky to have the neighbors and home that we have. London, Mike, and the crew of Bates build a great home. We love our neighborhood and the people in it.

The whole experience was really disappointing. The sales team was dishonest and more focused on upselling basic features than actually helping. The owner of the development clearly doesn’t care about buyers and is more interested in cutting corners. We spoke with several property owners and were shocked to hear how the company took advantage of them by increasing prices while under contract and threatening cancellations or legal action if they didn’t agree to cancel their original agreements. They also substituted lower quality finishes and appliances and failed to deliver on what was promised. We feel bad for the residents who had to deal with all of this, but we’re incredibly thankful for their honesty and advice. We dodged a bullet by walking away and choosing a different development. Do your research before signing that contract!!!

*** Regarding your response blelow. Even though the appliances are under wareanty doesn’t mean that it hasn’t been over a YEAR and I still have to deal with issues with every single appliance. It’s been a real pain to have to claim warranty from all when they were brand new. The dripping water from the fridge ice/ water dispenser stained all the door and now looks years old. Even though the sensor was included in the warranty you well know the stain on the door isn’t. And just the hustle of having to deal with all this repairs and skipping work for this appointments when is a brand new house is very frustating. The last response when I reached out to you was: “ Good morning…Please see email below from December 2024. I recommend you reach out directly to Rocky Mountain HVAC at the number below and let them know you are having issues.”******
I’'ve had a similar experience to what I've heard from other homeowners in the community. While the neighborhood itself is beautiful and enjoyable, the quality of some of the home features—particularly the appliances—has been disappointing.
I've lived here for just over a year and have already had to submit warranty claims for multiple defective appliances, including the dishwasher, refrigerator, and A/C unit. It’s hard to believe this is simply coincidence, which makes me question how these appliances are sourced and selected.
One of the main reasons we chose to buy a brand-new home was to avoid exactly these kinds of problems. Unfortunately, the ongoing issues have made the experience more frustrating than expected.
