    We had them come out for our unit not cooling a couple months ago. The guy replaced the transformer and rewired our thermostat. He told us it was probably caused by lightning. Then Doug came out because the unit is still not cooling properly and leaking and told us the other guy had not put it in his notes that lightning caused it so Doug would not tell our insurance company that lightning was the cause. Making it to where we now have paid over $800 to this company and probably will still need a new unit but at our own cost since A & H doesn’t want to tell the insurance company. He has also told us the other guy quit and he doesn’t have his number so we can’t even get the other guy to talk to our insurance company. Would stay far away from this place! They will scam you out of every dollar they can!

    We used A&H for installation of our a/c unit, and they did great three years ago, and this year, it wasn't working. Thermostat set at 71, while it's showing over 85degrees in the house. We hired them to come out, two guys showed up and couldn't find the issue. but did some type of wash on the a/c unit hoping that would fix it. We had to hire someone else, who was way cheaper who found the issue within the first 5 minutes of inspecting, and he came back the next day with the part and fixed it, no problem. I had to spend $300, just for labor, for the two gentlemen who came out to look and wash the unit. I did speak with a lady with A&H billing who stated they no longer send out just one guy for issues. So you'll be spending a minimum of $300 each time they visit. I won't be using A&H for services, or recommend them to any friends or family. Thank you

    Doug was so nice and professional he repaired the heat fast it was just a minor issue that the furnace wasn't producing but he made it work fast! Awesome👍
