Their crew was there in less than 2 hours and removed all of the wet carpet and started fans and dehumidifiers. Very pleased with their response and especially Bryan who checked in daily to monitor moisture levels until we were in the clear. I highly recommend 911 Restoration and their responsive crew.

I was able to work along side to help move the process along. Hard workers. A couple of months later they returned and installed a new vapor barrier. Very good crew chief who got that job done in a timely manner.

We called 911 Restorations at 7:30 a.m. and by 8:10 a.m. they were on site to inspection the damage. By mid morning all of the standing water had been removed from our home and blowers and dehumidifier s were running to begin the dry out phase. The base boards were removed to aid in the drying process. Each of the employees from 911 Restorations was courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.
