We called a dozen different places, but Austin's Pumping Service was the only place that called us back, and they sent out Cyrus and Braxton at about 6:00 to help us out. It was FREEZING outside, but those two came out and took care of our septic system with cheery attitudes and got it fixed for us. It was determined that there was a clog, so they unclogged it, and then sucked out our tank. I've got nothing but kind words for Cyrus and Braxton who got us out of a stressful situation so that we could enjoy our snowed in weekend without the stress of a messed up septic system. We will definitely use this company again.
