- RLRon LeeOct 11, 20251.0Be extremely careful with this company in my opinion. They came over and told us that we needed a brand new furnace when in fact that was not the case. Another company came out and did the repair for $150. Not to mention the replacement cost from this company was almost 60% higher than market rate. In my opinion, these reviews on this business are not all real as well.. When we approach the owner about this discrepancy between what he said was a furnace that could not be repaired, he said it's a matter of opinion..... I'm not sure how he squares his ethics up with it being a matter of opinion when it's a matter of fact that the furnace could be repaired, he just wanted to try to upsell us thinking that we wouldn't notice. I've been doing rental properties for over 20 years. In my opinion, this is not an ethical company
