  Beseda Flooring is the only place I'll go for flooring. If you're looking for good quality flooring and install done in a timely manner, Beseda is the company for you! I often refer Beseda to clients and everyone is always so happy, but I recently had my carpet replaced and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The carpet came in early and they were able to install a week earlier than expected. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would and everything went better than I had expected. I anticipated a bit of a mess from pulling up the old carpet, but the installers broom swept and vacuumed before leaving for the day. I know where 2 of the seams are, but I can not find them! The installers are absolute pros at seaming! If I could give Beseda 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Special shout out to the girls in the office who supported me during my timeless visits to try to pick a color and Brian for getting me on the schedule quickly. In this whole process, selecting the flooring was the most painful part due to my indecision. 🤣 If you're looking for flooring, definitely give Beseda a visit!

  Our bathroom looks amazing thanks to Beseda, Brad, and Josh! Josh takes extreme pride in his work, paying attention to every detail, all while answering my questions and resolving any concerns. I can’t say enough good things about the team at Beseda. Thank you for bringing my vision to life!

  We had excellent customer service by the two gentleman who removed and installed our carpet. They were efficient, friendly, and professional. We plan on removing and installing our second floor carpet as well in the near future and will absolutely be going through this company again! 10/10 job all around from everyone we worked with to accomplish this project.

  Two reasons we went with Beseda. 1) We worked with them before - fantastic experience. 2) Their ratings on social media are very high. BBB A+. We were not disappointed. The team was _extremely_ hard working and professional. They finished when the said they would, and the job was not great...it was perfect.

  I am always willing to work with a small business before I work with a large corparation to do my home remodels. I loved the attention I received ( in the beginning) from Liba- the person that helped with the design plan. She was very attentive. However, my opinion of this business completed changed during and after the install. The installation was delayed and delayed with no explanation or apologies. We had a cermic tile put in our master bath along with a new vanity, sink fixtures and countertops. The second problem was that they installed the wrong color tile. It was not the tile we had picked out and Brian's only suggestion was that they could rip it out.He knew after a long delay, we weren't going to have them rip it out and start over- perhaps we should have. I would think that he would try to make things right, but he didn't. He told us if we ever decide to do any other flooring, he would give us a discount on that.The installer left a mess in our bathroom, leaving grout all over our shower door. Then when the install was finished, we had to practically beg and argue with them for someone to come and put back our very large wall mirror that they had taken down. The company responded with, " It is not in our contract to put the mirror back up". They took it off, they gave us the wrong tile and yet didn't want to put a mirror back. After speaking with Brian, he finally came to put the mirror back. The customer service was poor and this company in the end made us feel like our project and our money was not important to them. We have several projects we need to complete and would have liked to have this company complete them. I have told several friends who were going to use them, our experience and they went with other installers. My "good" ratings are based on the quality of the products, and they do nice work ( if only they had installed right tile).
