- KTKelly ThompsonSep 5, 20251.0I walked in their store 3 times (looked for around for least 30 minutes each time) and not once did anyone get off their stool to ask if I needed any help. The third time, I had my husband with me and I went to ask for help. We are building a new home and wanted a bid for all windows, siding and shingles. They proceed to tell me they don’t read blueprints and just want a “list” of what we need. Isn’t this their job? They just lost $60,000 in business.
- KWKenneth WelchMay 31, 20251.0Absolute waste of time. Walked in on Friday morning with my wife and toddler, there were maybe 8 employees working. Not a single one acknowledged us, asked us if there was anything that we could be helped with or what we were looking for. We were the only customers in warehouse at that time(other than the couple contracts that eventually trickled in). They had hardly any samples of roofing shingles and blamed the vendor for not restocking them, I found this out after I had to go up to them to be helped. I called ABC in the middle of their show room and they were able to provide us with shingles and more than willing to answer any questions we had. Will never go back to Arrowhead, and would rather overpay someone else than give them my business.
