Lane was very cordial, professional and provided excellent service - replaced the filters for humidifier and air filter for AC, and does the routine maintenance ( seasonal) check for the furnace. He also scheduled a Comfort Advisor to visit, and provide additional recommendations (and he did visit us next day) . Thank you Lane.

Zach R found out during a furnace checkup that my pressure switch was bad, causing my furnace to intermittently shut off. This could have been really bad once the really cold weather hit. I’m grateful it happened while he was here as I hadn’t noticed it happening. Thank you, Zach! (He even changed a lightbulb for me. I’m handicapped and couldn’t reach it). His brother Noah R is very competent as well as he’s came here in the past and worked on our system.
