    Dom did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater for us. Came early and did a professional job. Only took a few hours and he was doing it solo. Took away the old heater and explained all about the installation and how it operates. Very well done. Highly recommend Jerry Kelly.

    We are extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and urgency shown by this company. Our furnace stopped working on Saturday, and we are now on day seven without heat in the middle of winter. From the very beginning, the experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. We were told on Sunday that the parts department was closed, so no part could be ordered that day. While inconvenient, we understood. However, the issues only escalated from there. On Monday, we called three separate times attempting to get an update. Each time, we were told no one could provide information because they were unable to get ahold of their own parts department. We received no proactive communication whatsoever. After hearing nothing, we called again on Tuesday evening just to touch base. Once again, no update could be provided, and we were told—yet again—that no one could reach the parts department. At this point, it was unclear whether the part had even been ordered. Finally, on Wednesday, we were informed that the part had been ordered and would arrive within two days. It is now Friday, and we still have no update, no timeline, and no communication regarding when our furnace will be repaired. At no point during this process has anyone from this company reached out to us voluntarily. Every update has come only after we initiated contact. This complete lack of follow-through and care is especially troubling given that it is winter and we have small children in our home. We were later told that this company offers space heaters for customers in situations like this, yet this option was never offered to us. Mechanical issues happen — we understand that. What is unacceptable is the absence of communication, accountability, and concern for customers’ well-being. Being without heat for over a week during winter, with no clear answers and no effort to ease the situation, demonstrates a serious failure in customer care. We would strongly caution anyone considering this company, especially for emergency heating issues.

    I am without a furnace in the middle of winter and the complete lack of urgency from Jerry Kelly is astounding. There was a technician at my home on Saturday and the company did not order the replacement parts until the following Wednesday. Now the part is not expected until Friday at the earliest. Meanwhile, my family and I are going to be without heat for at least 7 days. Very disappointing.

    I got Jerry Kelly's technicial to do a furnace tune up. He said there was an issue with the furnace. He locked the furnace and quoted $1,170 to fix it. Background: prior to his arrival, I had a licenced guy installed the furnace 4 years ago, I passed occupancy premit, I had a Spire guy to inspect last year before he turned it on. I had someone been living there with no issue. Not only the technicial locked my furnance, he took the fuse too. I had no choice but to get someone to fix it. Luckly I got a referral for a licenced technician. Because they took the fuse, it totally costed me $325 to change/fix everything. This is terrible experience with Jerry Kelly. Please careful everyone!

    A technician from Jerry Kelly visited us upon an emergency call on Sunday, to look at our heating system which went completely down during the cold spell of the weekend. He was competent and courteous, gave us a diagnosis of the problem and a solution, which as expected, was to replace my system which is very old. He gave us a quote to replace both of our heaters and one AC unit, plain replacement, no additional benefits. I already had a previous quote from a different smaller local company for equivalent equipment replacement, for less than half of the quote from Jerry Kelly. I ended up going with a third company whose quote was just over half of Jerry Kelly’s, containing several additional benefits such as new humidifier and air filtering system, smart thermostats, 10 years parts and labor warranty and so on. I understand that there is always a range of prices for everything but it is hard to not think that the offer from this company was a tentative to take advantage of a desperate situation. This is quite unfortunate, because this is the image I now take from this company and if anybody ever asks me for a reference, this is not one I will ever give. Hopefully with this review, other people in a similar highly stressful situation, won’t fall prey.
