Got call awhile later stating that they wouldn't come if I didn't have a service agreement. What? Wasn't the $175 enough for a diagnosis? So much for dealing with urgent issues. Would never use this company because of poor customer service.

Our salesman was Mike and he was very good at explaining everything and was very responsive to my questions. They got us taken care of in a very timely manner at a price we felt was reasonable.
