We suspected that we needed a new unit, and he confirmed this. A very helpful salesperson consulted with us. Within 48 hours, 2 excellent technicians installed our new high quality unit. We were thrilled with the quick response during the hot weather, the quality of the product, the skills of the technicians, and the great customer service.
