Over the years, they have done regular maintenance and repairs and installed new AC units, furnaces and a complex steam boiler. Their service on-site and communication is excellent. STL Heating and AC is not the cheapest, but their work is high quality and worth it.

They have provided excellent service, with honesty and competitive pricing while maintaining and replacing aging systems at our multi unit building. Austin keeps things running efficiently with the preventative maintenance, and Kevin and Mandy did a great job with a recent new furnace install, going above and beyond expectations, Mandy pointed out a problem with a water heater installed by another company (since corrected) that could have presented a carbon monoxide safety issue. We certainly appreciate what they do and highly recommend them for whatever your HVAC needs Happen to be.

- KNKayla NeaultDec 6, 20251.0I called and they did come out within 2 hours - which is a nice service and I will give them that. However, the tech was there for 5 minutes and stated I need to replace both my furnace and a/c and it would be $10,000 - 12,000. When I went downstairs with the tech to review everything the flames kicked on and he said "oh it didn't do that when I was down here" and did not further diagnose the problem after that.. just insisted I needed to spend $10,000. I reached out somewhere else for a 2nd opinion and told them what was going on and he came out the next day and replaced the flame sensor and it was only $50. After speaking with other people it seems as if this company works off of commission and will try and sell you new systems instead of fixing the actual problem.
