Kevin is the owner and he was my technician, he just doesn’t have any customer service. I explained the issue and he claimed it was fixed. I had to call back after left because the fan wouldn’t shut off and constantly blew air even when the thermostat was set to off. It took 4 calls and 2 complaints and I got him back on the phone he argued and interrupted me multiple times. At the end of the call, he actually admitted to making a mistake. I asked for a refund and he offered partial. He wouldn’t give a full refund because he said he needed the money for gas and insurance on the vehicle. A real business owner would have at that cost, in my opinion. It was very disheartening what happened and I truly hope no customer has to go through this experience. I feel so sorry for his employees with the little interaction I had with this owner.

Austin has been the one to do our regular maintenance for a couple years now and is always amazing! Shout out to Mandy for also always working with our busy and unpredictable schedule!
- DBDan BOct 14, 20251.0Conveniently leave out in your reply that I requested a quote for just the ac unit originally and had to follow up to get that which drug on for weeks. Still insane to me that I have to wait for office days for you to generate a quote when the team we went with had sent us the quote before even leaving our house. It’s possible. You are just not able to do it and you look bad at your job as a result. Own up to it and learn from it. Getting a quote from Mandy was next to impossible. Maybe it is their companies process but the whole thing feels like a scam. I still never got an actual quote for what I wanted since she could only send me quotes on office days which were two days out of the week. Could never give a straight answer and only would try to force sales calls and refuse to send me info without a phone call. Just delayed the process until I got a quote from a company that cared. I don’t get the weird sales tactics you were using. Just be honest with people and listen to them. She did none of that. Still never got the final quote on what I needed which was in my initial request. Maybe take some notes next time? Check thru all the one star reviews. They give a solid look at how this companies seems to scam on people.
