  Not impressed. They will say that I didn't pay enough to redo the entire lot with all of the it recommendations. But the fact is that they sub everything out and their subs didn't do well. They didn't seal areas that they promised to (see photos). Their materials failed and came up not even a week later. The owner came out and pulled up the piece of material in the photo that I was concerned about and instead of replacing it and ensuring that it was repaired, he threw it into or dumpster. I fetched it out so as to get a photo of it. Long and short, the parking lot isn't sealed well against water and despite coming out twice they and their subs did sloppy work as evidenced in the photos. Oh yeah, they also walked all over our concrete with dirty shoes, obviously to go piss in our bushes and we're supposed tom come back and power wash it. Well that didn't happen.

  I've hauled asphalt to a lot of paving companies over the years, and out of all of them, Ford Asphalt Co is my favorite one to haul to. The employees are very professional and their work looks fantastic. If you need paving work done, I highly recommend them.

  I contacted the owner about a concern I had. He took the time to respond and made me feel much better. I appreciate that so much! They also did a nice job on our street in St. Ann, looks great and the crew was very professional.

  Ford has completed multiple large jobs for us this year. They delivered as promised, were extremely flexible per our needs and have excellent on site management. Any concerns relayed to the leads on site all made it up the chain to the proper person. Nick has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to working with Ford in the future.   Recently Ford Asphalt was hired by Gershman Commercial Real Estate to do repairs in the parking lot of one of their buildings. Neither Gershman or Ford Asphalt gave any notice that they would be doing this work. When liquid asphalt beads from their repairs covered my motorcycle Nick Stone with Ford Asphalt indicate that I was lying. It is a shame that this company can not take responsibility for their mistakes!
