- DGDe GiNov 5, 20252.0Verify your order to ensure the correct cabinets were ordered. Do not go by the design sent. Designer Jim sent the design, which I approved. However, when the cabinets arrived and the contractor began installation, they were incorrect and did not match the approved design. Since the installation had already started, the installers refused to take the cabinets back, leaving the contractor to bear the cost. This was very upsetting, as I had waited a long time for my new kitchen, and the experience was made difficult. They smile and are happy to get your money, but when they make a mistake, they do not own up to it.
