  Our home sustained some roof and gutter damage from one of the tornadoes earlier this year. It was easy to schedule an inspection and they turned the quote around quickly. Tom, the project manager we worked with, was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Getting on the production schedule was also easy, and the crews were able to begin and complete the work on a very reasonable timeframe. They cleaned up well afterwards, and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

  I had 3 other roofers but only Conor recognized storm damage and contacted insurance company and got new roof covered. He is really good. It was such a smooth operation and I really appreciate that very much. I wouldn’t call anyone but Conor at Big Bear Roofing. Thank you so much !!!

  Can’t say enough positive things about the Big Bear Roofing team. Greg Marischen and team took great care in helping me with my new gutters. I’d also like to recognize Maddie as she was always so responsive and kind! Highly recommend for your roofing needs - just give them a call if you’re thinking about it!

  I was referred to Big Bear from my insurance company. They came out immediately. My insurance didn’t want to replace the entire roof but Blake and Greg assured me they would submit a supplement report to my insurance company and take care of it. Whelp, Blake and Greg ghosted me. I was told they were working on it for over a month and then crickets. I left a message and sent emails but no response. What a crappy way to do business. A follow up to let me know anything at all would have been better than being ghosted by a roofing company.

  I was selling a home of a disabled family member that I had to manage from KC MO and home in St. Louis near Mehlvillle. They put a huge amount of work into prepping to sell including a new AC system. The first buyer sees that the home has holes in the screens in back of house and potential roof and siding damage. I chose Big Bear Roofing because they engaged with me immediately and they are a full service repair source which included screens, roofing, gutter, downspout and siding all in one place! I turned in the claim and Troy Marshall with Big Bear met with the claims adjuster on a Saturday morning and was very involved as Troy had already inspected roof so he knew what the adjuster should find. Meanwhile, we got an offer and were under contract on the home in the middle of the claim. We now had deadlines to meet for closing. Troy worked with the claims adjuster and my realtor to get this project underway. Troy made a promise to me to have all the repairs prior to closing. Well supplies don’t always match time frames so we ran into issues with some of the ancillary work on the project which were a big challenge for Troy and Big Bear. But, this man pulled strings and worked into evening and others coming at 4am and they did complete the job as they promised. I was kept informed in the whole process as was my realtor who was panicking. I trusted Troy and he made it happen. This is the kind of sales person/company to deal with. Such a professional and so transparent the whole way! Thanks to you Troy, your manager, the crew and Big Bear for an awesome job! The new owners get in there today with no outstanding work, no escrows to deal with and a beautiful new roof! You can’t go wrong. Reach out to Big Bear Roofing and ask for Troy!
