- TTTania TJul 26, 20175.0On the hottest weekend so far in the year my ac goes out. My unit is only 4 years old that I bought from Sears. I first called Sears to see if my unit was under warranty and it wasn't so I asked to schedule a service call. Sears wouldn't be able to come out until a week and a half. So I decided to try a different company and called Arnold Air. The guy on the phone said he could be there at 3:30 the same day! I went home to meet the repair guy and he was right on time. He turned my unit on and diagnosis the problem immediately it was my condenser. He had the part and with him and in 5 min my unit was fixed. He checked my coolant and coils and all the other components and they were all fine. He was very thorough and fast. I highly recommend this company, they are prompt and professional and prices are competitive. If anything goes wrong in the future, they will be my first call.
