We spent a couple of days trying to fix it on our own. Big mistake! Thankfully, Paul and Shawn, came to the house the next morning and immediately got after it. They came in with a plan and knew exactly what to do. Their professionalism and knowledge was impressive. I hope this never happens again but if it did, I would certainly be calling them!
