Try charging you more when they show up to install it and what you agreed on! And do not deliver all the perks that they said they would give you!!

I do not show any missed emails or calls from you or your husband. I am confused about what you are saying because I did suggest from the very first visit there that you should do the carbon tank because of the stains and odors. I would never ever ignore a customers emails or calls. MY RESPONSE TO THAT: "You should have several phone calls and emails logged because you didn't return the calls and emails - obviously I wouldn't have needed to contact multiple times if you had responded. It is not a surprise that I received a very fast response after leaving a review." INITIAL REVEW: I live in an area with a shared well and there is a lot of iron in the water. I purchased the water softener and could barely tell a difference. After a few months the rust rings were back in the dog water bowl, toilet and bath tub. With a Brita filter on my kitchen sink for drinking water. it is tolerable. Chris did come out once and adjusted the iron setting which helped, since it was initially set at zero. His only other answer for everything was to buy the additional 1200.00 carbon filtration even though the explanation for that piece was different in his original presentation. After trying to contact Chris again he won't answer emails or phone calls. I called the 800 number and they were very helpful. They even let me know there was a special "iron out" salt pellet I can use and that has seemed to fix my remaining issues.
