  Weekend, after hour emergency calls are no fun, and a bit pricy, BUT the customer service was outstanding. Karim promptly responded to our business and was relentless to find the plumbing issue. Polite, thorough, and took the time to explain the steps he was taking to resolve our situation. There is an extra charge for emergency calls, which is understable, however all the pricing was provided up front and there were no surprises.

  Honestly, this one star is more than the service I received. I knew what they would charge me before they even came. Cost wasn't the issue. It was lack of service or caring at all. On New Year's Eve I had a back up in my house so I called All Kleer and set up an emergency appointment. I also contacted my septic service who was walking me through what to do from that and when the All Kleer technician arrived. The All Kleer technician took one look at the septic tank and said it was a septic issue and not a plumbing issue. Not once looked at the clean out and never stepped foot into my house. Took his visit fee and diagnostic fee without ever doing any diagnostics, and left. Within 10 min of him leaving the septic filter was cleaned and flowing fine, but I was left with a main line clog inside my house and no plumber to fix it. Next day I purchased a 25 ft snake and after about 3 hours of work was able to clear the clog. Needless to say I will never call this company again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

  Woke up around 5am on Christmas eve...my bathroom was on fire. I called 911 and the firemen came and checked everything, they recommended I have a plumber and electrician come out to determine what all needed to be done. I contacted All Klear Plumbing,Heating and Air. They arrived quickly and got busy as soon as they arrived. The electrician checked and said that system was not affected. The toilet had previously been reapired and had a slight leak so they recommended I get a new one. They came back the day after Christmas and got the new toilet installed. I was very pleased and am happy to recommend All Klear to others for fast response and quality work.

  After getting through the grueling process of talking (while being interrupted every 2 seconds) to Carl last night, I was able to get an appt set up for today. I actually arrived at my house from work right behind Chris Hilburn arriving. He was very patient while I let my dogs out for a quick minute. He listened while I explained the situation & what my son & I had already tried. He then went to work on trying to unclog the main line in my back yard. He, unfortunately wasn't able to get much farther than my son had. But he did show me why. And, now, I have to replace over half of my pipe in the yard. No fault of his. He got me an estimate & walked me through the process. They do financing, so that helps ease the burden of the cost. He even set up the appointment for my day off so that it is easier for me. Although this is not what I want to do nor how much I wanted to spend, I'm glad he has helped make it easy. I appreciate him actually speaking to me & explaining everything like I'm not just some dumb woman. LOL

  All Klear plumbing came thur for us. Chris came out on Christmas eve night and jump into action found our problem. He was professional and explain everything needed to be done fix the problem. Dec 29 Chris and his team came back to started work on replacing sewage line which big job. They work hard for two days. We really appreciated all they did for us. They clean up the area pretty good. We like to give big Thank you for resolving issue. I would recommend this company to anybody need any work done. I will use this company again any problem may come up in future. Company should be proud of their employee.
