The difference I noted is the family owned company responded to me and answered all my questions promptly and honestly without the "business talk." Dan the installer has a calm, no rush attitude that makes you and the family feel at ease to have him in your house working around the kids. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory and in working order not only to my standards but his as well. The price is what they say it is which I'm thankful for, no hidden surprises. They win in most affordable but I would've paid more just for their mannerisms and professionalism. I cannot recommended Pence in Smithville enough and will definitely have them back for any future needs!
