I have been using CNO for a few years now and each experience I have with them is great! They are thorough, kind, communicate clearly, and leave no question unanswered. Additionally, pricing is very affordable; even when I called for an emergency when my AC went out in the middle of the summer! Calling to schedule service is quick and there is always a welcoming voice on the other end. CNO is the only company I entrust my cooling and heating needs to.
