  The installer was awesome. Not only was he good at the installation he was also very courteous and polite. I felt comfortable with him immediately and he made this whole installation process goes so smooth. I will give you 10 Stars if I could Darren you certainly deserve them

  Eric the installer did a great job. Several of the doors were broken and had to be reordered The drawers do not slide smoothly. I am very disappointed with the service and upset with myself that I chose this company. The cost was higher than local companies but the salesman sold me on their product. I certainly will never do business with this company in the future. I will say the finished is good but it’s not worth the inconvenience I incurred. And the company offered no compensation.

  I can’t stop admiring my windows! We priced many different companies from a home show and Mad City won on price, design and quality! Our installer Jonathan was professional and courteous. He took the time to communicate effectively and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company!

  What an amazing job E and Y did on my walk in shower !! 🚿 I have got to give Mad City 20 stars instead of five and their workers, especially the one that put mine in. He did a great job, such a fantastic job 😊 Thank you so much I’m very happy !! I will refer your company to anybody and everybody I see.

  **UPDATE** I called several times and was finally able to connect and set up an appointment. Cody was helpful and, after listening to my concerns, he recommended sending their master plumber instead of a service tech. Jim, the plumber, came out within the same week I spoke with Cody. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen and walk through what had been happening with the shower. I've had the best showers since I moved in! *UPDATE* While I appreciate the speedy public reply on my first review, I would still love to receive a call to schedule a service appointment. I called the main number yesterday, but it was for scheduling estimates. That gentleman politely told me that I should submit a service request online, which I did for the sixth time. No phone call today on that one yet either. I am beyond frustrated at this point. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Of the renovations I have made to my home over the last 6 years, the decision to have Mad City Windows & Baths update my shower is my biggest regret. I have not been happy with them since the estimate process. I felt pressured to make a decision day 1 because of the increase in prices they projected if I didn't agree to something that day. I had regrets after signing the contract and thought it couldn't be too bad from reading reviews, but at this point, I wish I would have eaten the cost of breaking the contract. I had them install my shower in May 2024 and have submitted service requests 5 times to address the same issues of no hot water and low water pressure, with the most recent being submitted this week. I did not get a returned phone call from my last request in July 2025 and have yet to receive a call back from the one I submitted earlier this week. For the second period of time since the installation, I have been filling a bucket with actual hot water from my kitchen sink to take in the shower with me to supplement the low water pressure and lack of hot water. The lifetime warranty may be the only redeeming quality of this ordeal, however, if I can't get a call back to schedule a service appointment, the warranty is useless. I wish I would've considered more options before I signed a deal with them.
