  We recently had 2 showers installed by Darren Carpenter and he did an excellent job! Very quick process and we were very pleased with our results. Highly recommend!

  OVERPRICED HIGH PRESSURE SALES. Dude came to my house and quoted 14 windows for $39K, that's $2750 a window, then magically that price was reduced to $26K or $1850 a window but only if I sign on right then and there. I told him no way your price is already high even at the lowered amount. He basically says if he leaves then the price goes back up to $39K, I said ok bye bye Felisha. Thanks for wasting my time. The dude could of just quoted me with his best possible price and skip all the nonsense. I'll put a picture of the windows they were offering. Basically only one option. I'm not going down the rabbit hole to look them up but if I do I'll bet the $1850 per window installed price is WAAAAY too high by like $1000 per window. The dude didn't even give me a professional quote. He scribbled some nonsense on a piece of paper, I'll include a screen shot. When I told him there's no way I'm signing on with him right then and there he scribbled out the $26K price, haha. I wrote it in blue sharpie so I would remember what it was.

  We had 3 appointments to get estimates. The first time we were waiting and after it was a no show, we called and found they didn't have anything on record so we rescheduled. This one could have been our fault. Second appointment got cancelled because the confirmation call number wasn't recognized the day before so they didn't show. The third appointment we made sure to drop work and answer all calls the day before until they called and confirmed. An hour before the appointment we got a voicemail saying they weren't coming but they would like to reschedule. I understand them not wanting to waste time to show up and have no one there but they wasted a ton of our time as they insisted we both be available and both us were here waiting for them 3 times. I'm assuming the problem is that they have some national call center to set set up appointments and save money but the system is failing and they are losing customers before they do anything. I can't speak to the quality of their products or projects, but our dealing with their scheduling has been a zero star event. The answering service was polite but indifferent when I called and let them know we wouldn't be doing a fourth scheduling and were going to leave them a crappy review.
