I contacted A M Richard's and the immediately scheduled a technician to come out and provide an estimate. The tech arrived on time and immediately found the problem. A little WD40 and problem solved. NO CHARGE!! just owner ignorance. Great company and staff. I will use them every time I need service or windows and I recommend this company highly.

Doug the owner came out personally the day I called back to find out when my appointment was scheduled since I had forgotten what was scheduled. He gave me a quick assessment and quote. Then he had someone out first thing the next morning and got the job done. Very happy with how well they took care of me on what would typically be a small job and treated it as though it was a big bid.
