- AHAdrian HristovDec 18, 20251.0We had several window panes replaced in our new house due to broken seals. Two of the panes were cracked right after install, which they rightly replaced. One of the panes cracked last weekend most likely due to single digit temperatures outside. They said they don't have any warranty on the glass and cannot do anything for us. Obviously the glass they installed was defective or cheap and it's ridiculous that they offer no guarantees in these situation. Do some research and find a window installer that offers a warranty on their work and materials.

I contacted A M Richard's and the immediately scheduled a technician to come out and provide an estimate. The tech arrived on time and immediately found the problem. A little WD40 and problem solved. NO CHARGE!! just owner ignorance. Great company and staff. I will use them every time I need service or windows and I recommend this company highly.
