- JBJ BallJun 18, 20255.0We had our roof replaced last year after hail damage. Brock was so helpful, meeting with our claims adjuster to make sure our needs were met. We had some vent ridges installed to help with the cooling upstairs, but it got considerably worse. We had some AC issues in the summer too and figured it had more to do with that. This spring it didn't improve, so I reached out to Brock and he immediately contacted me and came out to see what the issue was. He discovered an installation issue and within days had his crew out to completely fix the problem. Since it had been 9 months, I really didn't know if he would respond but he went above and beyond my expectations. Can't say enough good things about Brock and his company. Highly recommend.
