  I wanted to post a review about the service we received from Thrive Construction in Parkville. We had called Thrive to get a quote on some interior construction, window replacement and outdoor painting. First, we needed to see if a moisture pocket in a bedroom window may had caused a mold buildup. We asked Thrive to come in our home and determine the mold or no mold factor. It would have caused our cost of work to be done, to double or triple the cost of repair. Thrive came back with “no mold existed. THAT IS CALLED “INTEGRITY!” That immediately let us know who we were dealing with. The work was completed in the time frame they quoted us with and the quality exceeded the price. We live in Riss Lake and generally you get a general quote and then there is the “RISS LAKE AND THE NATIONAL “ price. None of that occurred with THRIVE CONSTRUCTION. The price was the price. If you want “integrity and quality, then you want THRIVE. We will probably not utilize anyone else in the future, with our experience. Mark Hill and Karen Espinosa Parkville

  I replaced my old deck with a new composite deck. Work was done on time. The deck is well built and the grey color is very pleasing and goes well with the black railing. E. Shipman

  Aaron and team did a fantastic job with my basement and walkout egress. The level of detail and quality of work was amazing throughout the entire project.

  Owner Aaron, Bryan, his superintendent for our project, and Austin, along with all contractors they sent to our home were fantastic to work with. We had a walkout egress added to make our basement a walkout along with a full basement finish. Each step was timed out well with clear and constant communication between, ensuring the project finished within a reasonable time. There were zero surprise costs or issues throughout, with some added details even exceeding expectations. We already have Thrive estimating a few other projects for us. We recommend Thrive wholeheartedly and are very grateful for the experience we were given!

  Aaron R scheduled an appointment for a large renovation we have planned and never showed up. Based on the schedule, we flew down from Minnesota to meet him. After he did not arrive when scheduled, I called him and he stated he had a family matter and could not make the appointment. After several attempts to reach him the following days to reschedule, he never once responded. He wasted our time and money.
