I’ve used B & L Plumbing for years and I can tell you you can trust them and they do a great professional job. I am grateful for Jason, one of their plumbers Who had to put up with me on New Year’s Eve at 11:55 PM with my alarm to the sewer ejector pump going off. Yes, five minutes before midnight! He walked me through the entire process of how to get the alarm stopped and make sure everything was OK until they came out to repair it or or replace it . If there were more stars to give them I would. They’re the best company.

Jason was very nice and showed me exactly what he was doing. Then gave me some suggestions for future upgrades we might want to make to our old pipes. No pressure tactics. Will definitely use them again.

Required a $5 part and less than one hour of labor. The part wasn’t on the truck, and the total repair took two weeks. When asked for an itemized invoice, I was given an invoice with one line showing service - shower repair, quantity - 1, total price - $425. Not helpful. I spoke with the office manager to walk me through this ans it felt a little high and was told “we don’t have hourly labor costs or service call costs. We just charge a flat fee.” Will not be using them again.
