Also thank you Jack and Heath for coming out to wire in my wood boiler thermostat so I could run it with my new furnace and heat pump. Shortly after the heat pump was replaced it stopped working in night. They immediately sent Shawn out the next morning and he found a refrigerant leak in the condenser on the new unit. It ended up being a manufacturers defect that was a 1 in a million. My luck lol. Shawn was able to top off the refrigerant and get me going again again and Brad was able to next day ship a new unit and have ot installed that next day. What amazing service! Thank you Brad, Heath, Shawn, Jack, Ryan and James for going above and beyond with your excellent customer service and never once costing me a penny more out of pocket from the quote. Even through there was unforseen hurdles. Brad you definitely have a great crew of people working for you and your prices/quotes are very competitively better then any other hvac place around and you offer meny quality product lines. Your team is absolutely amazing from top to bottom. I would most definitely refer anyone to your business. Thank you again everyone!

It's still been 78° in there in the summer and we would have to use emergency heat in the winter. Our utility bills were crazy because the unit never stopped running. Shawn came yesterday, put foam behind our thermostat where there's a hole that continually let hot air in during the summer, it read 80° on his thermometer. Today at high noon, it's 92° outside and 71° in our house!!! These guys know what they are doing, highly recommend
