Pence's prices have always been lower than any other source including the "Big Box Stores", installation is professional and always on time. We currently have a furnace and A/C service plan with Pence and have never had an issue with either. I wrote this review because most people who write reviews are the people that for some reason were dissatisfied. I would also like to point out Pence has 3 negative reviews over a 5 year period. That's a pretty darn good record.
