From what he told me and I have read about this service, "Handyman" skills are far more than changing lightbulbs, and include all levels of home restoration and maintenance concerns requiring expert knowledge and experience. Liam has those attributes as well as the personal character which further instills trust in homeowners. He was scheduled today to remove mounds of bald cypress leaves packing in corner pockets of adjoining roof lines and in one patch in the corner my porch room roof. A job well done and with complete cleanup of leaves and decaying débris. During two hours, he worked efficiently to also clean my refrigerator condenser coils, replace ceiling bulbs, and replace a Fluidmaster & connection line. We discussed other home services I need to have done in future appointments. I do appreciate Liam and his representing a reliable option for homeowners with varying needs in their varying life stages.

Welll…that’s what he ended up doing but he was hired as an insurance policy for the installation of shutters by a seperate company and was he worth every penny. Not only did he make quick work of everything he helped me with a materials list for a separate project and overall blew me away with how quickly he was able to do things and how knowledgeable he was. We will continue to use Ace and may sign up for their service in the future to help around the home. Great job!

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.

We do over 1,000 projects from tile, drywall, soffit, fascia, gutter cleaning, fence/deck gate repairs, and more. Helping you maintain your home. If isn’t something we do, we have great referrals to specialty contractors that we know, love and trust.

We handle over 1,000 projects including drywall repair, bathroom and kitchen remodels, door and floor repair and installation, gutter repair, interior painting, fence repair, and carpentry work. For services we don’t provide, we can refer trusted specialty contractors.

Yes, we offer free estimates over the phone for jobs expected to take three days or less. You can also submit photos online or via email for a free estimate. We may provide an in-person free estimate if we are available. During busy seasons, a nominal fee is charged for on-site estimates, which is credited if you book the job.

Yes, our craftsmen are licensed, bonded, insured, and have undergone background checks. They are employees of Ace Handyman Services, ensuring protection for you and your home.
