- GHGreg HensonDec 6, 20255.0My roof was in need of replacement after local hail storms. Another roofing company stopped and looked at it and said t was in bad shape. My insurance company sent an adjuster out and they refused to cover anything. Instead they said I had no damage. The first roofing company said there was nothing they could do. Terry from Gentges roofing just by chance was driving by and saw the white marks on my roof. He looked at the roof and said they would like to speak to my insurance on my behalf. Although he too was initially shut down...both him and Brandon continued to fight for us, and was ultimmately able to get us a complete and total roof replacement. From no hope to full replacement because this company fights for whats right. Once approved their crew arrived and did an amazing job. Fast..and left nothing for me to clean up behand them. I recommend them as strongly as is possible.

Terry Russell visited to evaluate the roof and we easily came up with a plan that we were both comfortable with. Terry was available at anytime we needed and got us worked in to their busy schedule. He came and made the structural changes himself and returned to be present during the shingling process. The crew was skilled, courteous, and literally were artisans. They did everything that we had discussed The efforts to leave the job site clean exceeded anything we have seen! Honestly, it took me a couple of weeks to get it through my head that it had been as well as I could have dreamed. We can highly recommend Gentges for your roofing needs. Daniel Sybouts
