These guys know what they are doing. They worked efficiently and were done in 3 days. When the left everything was cleaned up and looking good.

Their tutorial videos about their work were very informative to understand what work and repairs would be done, and how. Arlene was nice to work with over the phone, and James knows his stuff.

The foreman kept me in the loop the whole day, explaining what they were doing and why, even showing me pictures that were taken of the issue, progress, and completion-which I really appreciated. They finished everything the same day and stuck to the original quote. They also spotted a couple of tuckpointing issues that weren’t part of the job but offered a fair price to fix them on the spot. I’d reached out to several companies about cracks inside my chimney, and these guys were the only ones who could apply HeatShield — saving me a ton of money and fixing the smoke leakage problem. Super happy with the results and will definitely be calling them again for my annual chimney sweep!
