He offers great suggestions to the project - the rock accent wall was one of his ideas and really made the project look great. They built the deck, built the roof over the deck area (the old deck had no roof). Soctt is really good with communicating and answers his phone and makes sure everything you want is done. Very happy - the neighbors saw their work and just hired them to their deck as well.
