Not with this company. They never added anything to the estimate, were right on time with delivery and the techs were of the highest experience and craftsmanship. We love our new Generac Home Generator, and what's even better is the confidence we now have in Tri-State Water Power and Air to maintain our equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Home Generator system!
