Long and short of it, he gave me a great price and everything was set to go, but we ran into a problem with Lennox distributing and specifically the carrier and were unable to get the models I was wanting. He worked hard on trying to get the deal to stick, was honest throughout and brought back my $6420 deposit immediately when he found out the equipment was not available due to the delivery service. It was a total disaster for both Shawn and I but he shielded the majority of the pain from me, and at some point we just have to say it wasn’t meant to be. This industry is notorious for having dishonest people in and he was up-front and did try to help. If you are on the fence and need an HVAC service for new equipment or existing repairs, give Shawn a call.
