The work was great the service man was excellent. But the time needed to be pushed back and I received no call informing me of this change and when he was finished a gone we found out our RO system wasn't working and now they cant fix it until Jan 31...29 days later. So we have no drinking water for that whole time.

Tri-State- Kelly came out to replace our blown electric water heater through Home Depot. He was so kind and informative throughout the whole process. He kept everything clean and dry and made the new setup safer and it looks much nicer. He was patient with our mess since we just had Christmas and were also mid organization project (which everyone knows makes a bigger mess before the magical cleanup). Within 15 minutes of him completing the install the tank was fully heated and we had enough hot water for the whole family again! They offered a higher grade self cleaning machine that has an impressive 9 year warranty and they offer a 2 year parts and labor warranty too. Since it was through HD we were able to finance the project using their in-store card, (Yippee for interest free) So no worries about dropping a fat wad of cash all at once. Kelly was patient when I was unable to get a copy of my new card sent to me and offered the option to pay in the store. Super convenient! I would give Kelly a 100/10 for professionalism, customer service, and overall experience. I definitely would recommend Tri-State Water Power and Air's- Kelly Spradley

We purchased a water softener from this company years ago. We've been paying for the yearly maintenance on the system. 2 years ago, we told them it hadn't been using up the salt and we don't think it's working. They rolled the fix in with our yearly maintenance, spent about 5 minutes here, said it's good to go, and left. Months later we noticed it still wasn't using up salt. We called them again, told them we think it's still not working and it was late enough that they again rolled it into our yearly maintenance to look again. Same thing happens. Guy comes, spends a little longer this time, and he says it's good to go. Months later, the thing still isn't using up salt. I call them again. They again roll it into our yearly maintenance again. This time a guy comes out and finds a part that's been broken but he doesn't have it in the truck. Great! Come back when you have it. They never call us and when I call them they say they don't have appointments except for 2 weeks and one month out. I'm frustrated at this point because they obviously just don't care about fixing our machine that we've spent hundreds of dollars on maintenance on. I don't know who their technicians are or what they are failing to check, but they've just have not been able to fix this even though they were the ones that sold it to us. I don't even know if they'll make sure the new guy they send out has the needed part. I have very little trust for their technicians at this point. If they can come out and fix it in a a timely manner, we'll keep the system, but we are considering getting rid of the whole thing.

Kudos to Trevor Slusser whose level of expertise, Customer Service and excellence, worked until the problem was solved. The first gentleman who came on three occasions, also worked in a very professional manner and showed the highest level of concern for the problem being completed. Trevor was on the phone with him troubleshooting to make sure that my generator would be operable when needed it. I commend both of these men and I give them both five stars.
