They were quick to respond to my initial request to come out and see my vision I had In mind for our home. They were timely, polite and personal when they did come to our home and that is the only reason I rate them with 2 stars and not 1. They did say after they walked around our house and heard my ideas that they were very busy and to be patient with them but that they would look into a quote and were excited to work with my husband and I on this improvement. About 4 weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard from them and because they said they were busy I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, however because I have been forgotten before thinking someone was “busy” I figured I’d just call to inquire about an update. After sending 1 text and a couple phone calls I finally got a voicemail telling me, “now remember we told you to be patient” along with other excuses. If I could Attach the voicemail I would because after letting 3 other people listen to it, the condescending tone and choice of words was kind of baffling. So after receiving that voicemail…. I’ve been patiently waiting for about a year now and I still have not received any news on this project. I’m pretty bummed with their lack of communication considering how “patient” I have been. We were truly looking forward to investing in their time and work.
