  So thankful for an honest company like Tactical Heating and Air!! After receiving some bad news from local area HVAC companies recommending to replace my hvac system and expecting my costs to be between $4-7,000, Tactical came out to Lees Summit, MO quickly and was able to get my system back up and running so quickly and for a fraction of the price I was estimated from other companies. Highly recommend if you want to bypass all the sale gimmicks and get honest costs and quality work!

  Tactical HnA was quick to respond to my call very cordial not only rearranged their schedule but went above and beyond solved the issue and cleaned up afterwards left the furnace better then they found it. Highly recommend,Thank you Alex for your help.

  We were so thankful when Alex was the only one who answered our call when the heat quit on the coldest day of the weekend. He does honest, good work. We'll definitely recommend him to anyone and will most likely be using him again this spring for our AC.

  Having no AC during warm weather is never a good thing. I am thankful that I was referred to Tactical Heating and Air (Alex) and on short notice Alex arrived troubleshot the system and identified the problem to be a bad motor on the outside unit. Alex didn't try to sell me a new unit but he did locate a new motor and within a couple days the motor was installed and the system is back up and running. Thanks Alex I greatly appreciate your quick response, your true professional. Oh yeah, guess I should also include the initial response was during evening hours and I would have expected to pay more than what I was charged for all the work that was accomplished.
