  I cannot express how amazing Hardwood Rescue did installing our new floors. Patrick and Joel were so great. They installed over 2,000 sq ft of hardwood and they made sure every little detail was taken care of. Even making sure our house was livable and clean every day during the process with two small kids and pets. I could not recommend them highly enough!

  Our experience initially was great with the company, customer service, pricing, etc. We got our floors resurfaced a little over a year ago. We were told after a year we could continue life as normal as it is no longer as fragile. We didn't mind babying it for a year to let it seal. But it is still so fragile. We started vaccuming it (as we were told after a year we could). Well it's now damaged just from the roller. Normal wear and tear, dropping silverware, dog walking (with short nails) are ruining it one touch at a time. We wish we would've just done laminate and called it a day... Do not get this if you have children, pets or anything that will be slightly tough on this as it easily damaged.

  Amazing job. I had a room that I was putting new hardwood flooring in, and was mingling it in with an existing kitchen, dining area, hallway, bathroom and entry area. The existing flooring was 20 years old. Portions of the old floor were heavily used and traveled, some of it was rarely touched, and two portions were in closets. Some was sun faded. The new flooring was all white oak, the old flooring was 50/50 red and white. My expectations that all of this was going to come out looking amazing, as well as looking like it was all the same color/tone, were not great. Wow, was I ever wrong. They sanded all the floors the first two days (with little or no dust, i might add), did some additional buffing on the third day (a little limited dust, but nothing crazy) stained on day three and four, and finished on day 5. Wham, bam, perfect. looks beautiful. My old floor was hardwood, but each board almost looked exactly like the one next to it. This one highlights the pattern on each individual board and shows the unique designs and highlights of each one. And they took as much care of the closet floors (which nobody will EVER see) as they did the main kitchen area which EVERYBODY sees. People that know their stuff, AND care that they do a good job are hard to find, so if that's what you're looking for from a hardwood flooring place, look no further.
