  Scott S. was super friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me tips to help keep our refrigerator going and to help mitigate the flooding until I could get a plumber out to install a shut off valve. He is easy to talk with and genuinely wants to help you, not just sell you a new appliance. I would highly recommend him and Chesterfield Services.

  Micaiah faced several challenges in the process of removing old water heater, installing new one and installing water shutoff valves in a bathroom.   DO NOT BE FOOLED BY ALL OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY LIKE I WAS!! READ ALL OF THE 1 STAR REVIEWS FIRST! The technician (who was nice and professional), spent a long time on hold with Rheem, the manufacturer of the water heater, waiting to get instructions on what to do to fix it. The fix was completed simply by following Step 1 of the manufacturer’s guidance. We were charged $376 ON TOP OF the $119 they charged to come out, for a total of $495 for cleaning a heat sensor! This company price gouges, which I would have known about if I would have read all of the 1 star reviews. They clearly flood their ratings with a bunch of 5 stars reviews to bury all of the bad reviews.

  Austin communicated with us prior to arrival, he was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in the amount of time communicated with us it would take. He cleaned up when he finished and left our home as he found it. Prior to leaving he reviewed how to use our new gas fire place, remote, temp/room settings, and how to care for the new unit. I highly recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about Chesterfield Service! After being scammed by another electrician who came out a few days earlier and didn’t fix anything, I was honestly nervous to call someone else. From the very first call, the receptionist was kind and understanding. She listened to my situation and even waived the $119 diagnostic fee because of what I had gone through — that alone showed how much they care about their customers. Then John L came out to my home, and he was absolutely fantastic! He arrived on time, was very polite, professional, and immediately got to work. In less than 20 minutes, he found and fixed the problem that the previous electrician couldn’t (or wouldn’t) figure out. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what had been wrong and what he had done to repair it. It’s rare to find a company these days that’s this honest, responsive, and professional. I’ll definitely be calling Chesterfield Service for any future electrical or home service needs — and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants trustworthy, top-quality work. Thank you, John, and thank you Chesterfield Service for turning a stressful experience into a great one!
