We're waiting on an repair estimate and part availability. So repair is pending estimate approval. Update: Repair was satisfactorily completed and being a member of their V.I.C. Program saved us alot of money on the repair,

The only complaint I have is they did not call or text me that they were on the way. At 1:30 we decided they were skipping us again but at 2 they knocked on front door and proceeded to cleaning all our air vents. We will keep your number and will call if we have any furnace problems
