It did not work so they tried again and failed. RR supervisor joined the techs and snaked it twice more, with good results. Then they evaluated the 50’ run of pipe that was giving me problems and noticed the pipe only had hangers every 12’ . This resulted is sagging pipe that left low points for clogs. They sent a tech the next day to replace all the pipe. He finished in about 2 hours and we are in great shape. These guys are not cheep but you get what you pay for, good knowledgeable techs that FIX the problem.
