They are customer service experts. Super people to deal with when your having a major roof disaster, such as bowling ball sized holes in your roof from a tree branch driven through it by a sever storm. They are quick and do excellent work.

Our roof was damaged in a small spot around the weather main when a tree fell on our power line. I was initially very pleased with the service from Absolute Roofing, they sent someone out to give an estimate in a timely manner and he was very professional and quick. He said it would be a really easy fix and would only cost their minimum charge of $150. Once he left he sent a bid via email for the $150, this bid did not say anything about the soffit that needed replaced on the bottom side so I emailed back asking if the price included it with no response. My boyfriend then called and asked them if it was included and they told him they would call him back after asking the estimator but they did not call back. The day they arrived to fix the roof my boyfriend asked if they would be fixing the soffit and they called the office and let us know it would be $75 to replace the 1 piece of plastic soffit because the original bid didn't include it. He reluctantly agreed since they were already there and we need it to be fixed so it didn't continue to cause damage. Once installed the hole cut in the soffit for our meter pole looked as if it was cut with a pocket knife it is jaggedly cut, much bigger than it needed to be (which will let in pests) and looks terrible. At $75 for 1 piece of plastic I expected way better work. I also feel they waited until we had them at our house to say they were going to charge us 50% more than we originally agreed to. Lesson learned.
