After 2 earlier visits by techs, we were continuing to have problems, so I asked the company to send out the very best tech person on their staff - to the company's credit they immediately responded and sent Dave Simpson to resolve our issues. This young man did a superb job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and fine-tuned a few other aspects of the system for us as well (unasked). The elevator has never worked better. Would HIGHLY both recommend him and Country Elevator.
